The Egyptian-Russian University’s pavilion at the "EDUGATE 2022" exhibition witnesses a massive turnout of high school students…in pictures

Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhri Mohamed Abdel Nabi, President of the Egyptian-Russian University (ERU), announced that the university’s pavilion achieved a great turnout during the activities of the eleventh forum of the Egyptian and International Universities Summer Exhibition “EDUGATE 2022”, at the Kempinski Hotel in “New Cairo”.  The university participated in this exhibition to help high school students and whoever hold equivalent foreign degrees as well as their parents to get acquainted with the faculties of the university and the distinguished programs it offers as well as the unique academic programs that have been added recently to meet the needs of the labor market, whether “locally or internationally”. He pointed out that the university participated in the exhibition while having the full support of Dr. Mohamed Kamal Al-Sayed Mustafa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the university.

The President of the ERU added that the university’s team in the “EDUGATE 2022” venue responded to the inquiries of visitors and reviewed all the programs that cope with the latest developments and needs and the certificates granted by the faculties of the university, namely: Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology. This aimed to facilitate the decision to choose the appropriate faculty that aligns with the wishes and personality characteristics of the student. He also explained that the university’s various distinguished study programs, scholarships, credit-hour study system, partnerships with prestigious universities in the Russian Federation, double degrees granted to some university students after graduation, and protocols with major technical institutions specialized in advanced fields are presented.

Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhri Mohamed Abdel Nabi explained that posters and publications have also been provided within the university’s pavilion to introduce the four new faculties that are hoped to be opened soon, namely: “Artificial Intelligence, Alsun and Technical Languages, Fine Arts, and Applied Arts”.

The President of the ERU stated that the university’s participation in the exhibition and the international forum for scholarships and training “EDUGATE” emanates from a keenness to communicate permanently and effectively with those wishing to receive university education, in order to get acquainted with the mechanisms of distinguished education at the university. He pointed out that the exhibition gives them the opportunity to learn about everything new in the system of higher education and scientific research in Egypt, which has witnessed a great expansion and unprecedented boom during the past few years.

 

It is worth mentioning that the organizing team of the ERU’s pavilion in the exhibition works under the supervision of Prof. Ikram Mohamed Abdel Hamid, Secretary General of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hanaa Abdel Rahman, the Head of Student Activities at the university. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Orabi, responsible for the beginning of the studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts, supervised the preparation of the university’s pavilion in the exhibition.  The team at the exhibition included: Dr. Hani Ragab Al-Geridi, Teacher in the Department of Construction Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering, Pharmacist Marah Hussein, Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Engineer Mahmoud Hamdy, Demonstrator in the Department of Construction Engineering in the Faculty  of  Engineering, Mr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa, Demonstrator in the Faculty of Fine Arts, and Mr. Mohamed Qassem, Deputy Director of the Central Library at the University along with a group of leaders from the Department of Student Affairs are Mr. Said El-Sisi, Mr. Hassan Ali, Mr. Ramy Anwar, Mr. Ayman Hossam, Mr. Said El-Sisi, Mr. Hassan Ali, Mr. Ramy Anwar, and Mr. Ayman Hosam.
