Moreover, he praised the projects submitted by the students, which included creative ideas that show promised cadres capable of bearing responsibilities. He noted that the departments of Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Robotics at the Faculty of Engineering have been accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation. The process of accreditation is underway for the following Engineering Departments: “Construction and Architecture”, with the full support of Dr. Mohamed Kamal El-Sayed Mostafa, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees.
Dr. Alaa Mohamed Al-Batsh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, asserted that the Student Projects Exhibition was attended by nearly (350) students from various academic teams in the Departments of Communication Engineering and Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering to enhance the educational process and provide students with unique experiences that combine academic content, training and application. This combination aims to prepare competitive and qualified students for the labor market. He explained that the students have designed and manufactured a large number of systems in communications, robots, simulations, and artificial intelligence. In addition, they have implemented what they learned in their courses. It is worth noting that this exhibition comes annually in to encourage students to scientific research and innovation, and to open the way for students to share their ideas, solve some societal problems and make life easier for citizens.
