As part of the activities of the #Conscious youth campaign, and in cooperation with the University’s Social Solidarity Unit and the Addiction Control and Treatment Fund, a group of university students visited “Duravit Egypt” factory in Badr City.

The visiting team conducted an awareness lecture for factory employees about the harmful effects of cigarette smoking and drug abuse. They also corrected many misconceptions about drug abuse. The team also distributed awareness flyers. This visit comes within the framework of the university’s social awareness activities, and to enhance the concept and participation of students in volunteer work.
